Student member of the Management Team (MT)

Only applicable for one-year masters 

Note: Cultural Anthropology and Pedagogical Sciences don’t have a student member in their Management Team.

Function

All master studies have their own Management Team (MT) in which (in most cases) one student from one of the Academic Master programmes takes part. The MT evaluates advice provided by the Programme Advisory Committee (PAC) and decisions are made about the organization of the one-year master programme. The function requires 2 hours per week with a largely flexible schedule and you will be compensated 52,71 euros per month.

What do we expect?

You can work well independently, but also with the students from your PAC and possibly the MT student members from other studies. You are able to communicate with teachers in a constructive manner and do not hesitate to give your opinion and ask questions to employees. You are critical and able to give your opinion with relevant arguments. Furthermore, you are responsible, assertive and like to take initiative.

What do we offer?

We provide the opportunity to gain knowledge about the things that take place behind the scenes in the one-year Master’s programme(s) of your study. You gain insight into the educational policy and get the chance to provide advice on it. Additionally, you will get in touch with the staff of your study and there is ample space to start up projects yourself.

This is a document (max. 1 a4) in which at least the following items are included: personal data (name, address, date of birth, study etc.), the reason you would like to apply for this function, why you are suitable for this function and your personal activities and interests. Additionally, we’d like to receive your Curriculum Vitae.
